Naturally as you have bought or purchased a Chinchilla as a pet you will want to look after and care for your Chinchilla so you should know what is best for your pet Chinchilla. Think of your Chinchilla cage as its home just like you live in a house. Of course you would want your Chinchilla’s cage to be as large, comfortable and as spacious as possible. A Chinchilla’s natural habitat is most important to its well-being. Poor surroundings and conditions can cause your Chinchilla to become ill.
TALL CHINCHILLA CAGE
It is best to buy a large Chinchilla cage because they love to run, climb and jump around. So your Chinchilla has plenty of room to play you should buy a cage that is higher than it is wide. Buying a tall Chinchilla cage allows your pet to jump to his heart’s content and do all those Chinchilla tricks that we love to watch.
Chinchillas are small but they are larger than similar pets such as hamsters so do buy a Chinchilla cage design specifically for Chinchillas rather than buying a cage designed for another animal in mind.
